Sooke Lake Road
In a joint effort, WSES and the CRD are installing a sewer line extension along Sooke Lake Road (2910-2995). Construction has begun, with completion expected by Winter 2027.
Sooke Road (West Shore Parkway to Delem Drive)
WSES is installing a sewer line extension along Sooke Road between West Shore Parkway and Delem Drive. Construction is expected to begin late 2026 and complete in 2027. As a part of this project there will also be a Pump Station constructed at Delem Drive to service the Center Mountain Business Park. Completion expected in 2027.
2939 Mount Wells (Willway Elementary School)
WSES is installing a sewer line extension between Lakehurst and Mt Wells to service 2939 Mt. Wells (Willway Elementary School). Construction will take place in late 2026.
Pump Station Upgrades
WSES will be completing Pump Station upgrades at Leigh Road Pump Station, Strandlund Road Pump Station, Selwyn Pump Station and Goldie Pump Station. Construction will take place in fall of 2026, completing in 2027.
